Maintenance of Your Patio Furniture
Early spring is time to clean your patio. The exterior must as clean as the interior, so your patio is always ready at any time you need it
Clear the area of the patio from the furniture, container and pots plants, and accessories. Begin with Sweep and wash. Wash the fabric of your patio umbrella with mild soap and water. To keep your umbrella easy to open and close do not forget to put a household oil on any moving parts.
Cushions and furniture frames should be washed with mild soap and clean water. Do not replace the cushions on the furniture until it completely dry. Mildew will be grown in your wet cushions.
To make and keep the material from metal shine you can use auto polish. For your glass furniture, you can clean it up with glass cleaner. Take care of your lantern with glass cleaner too so the light will shining brightly through. If you have the grill from stainless steel you can clean it up with degreaser.
Replaced the soil of your pots with fresh soil and new plant, but before it, you better bleach and clean the pots inside with water.
For your paving stone just hose down the whole area first, Then using a stiff brush, thoroughly scrub down the entire patio area with your cleaning solution. Leave for five to ten minutes and then rinse the surface with your hose, or pressure washer. To remove dark brown or black spots on patios in shady or damp areas, scrub them with a solution of bleach and water. This method will also help remove moss, mold, and mildew.
